Quality management is at the core of our operations because we want to make our customers without having to worry about the reliability of the electronic parts.  Our quality management system has 2-levels of quality control of electronic components.

The First Level:  Inspection Process for Incoming Materials

All of incoming materials undergo a rigorous inspection performed by our highly trained engineers and quality assurance manager.  Includes:

· Inspection of packaging and labeling

· Visual inspection of the IC body by high magnified glass.

· Acetone test/black topped test.

The Second Level: Third-party testing

we cooperate with third-party authoritative inspection centers such as CECC lab and White Horse Laboratories. Includes:

· X-ray non-destructive testing

· Decapsulation testing

· Electrical performance testing

· Solderability testing

· AS6081-inspections
